I searched for months before finding the exact coach I wanted — a 2019 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 36LA — and Johnny's RV had it. From the very first interaction to the day I drove it home, the service was incredible. Honestly, the best customer service I've experienced in a long time.
Wayne in sales was super helpful throughout the entire process. Jamie the manager went above and beyond at every turn. The service team went through the coach with a fine-tooth comb before delivery to make sure everything was working as it should, then took the time to walk me through every component so I felt confident before hitting the road.
Even Johnny himself took time out of his busy day — not only to talk with me, but he personally picked me up from my rental car drop-off to make things easy. That's the kind of personal touch you just don't find anymore.

Sales, service and parts departments are awsome people. On two separate occasions I had a problem, the first was something I didn't understand and they promptly sent a tech out and explained again how things worked and the second I got locked out due to the door lock broke, they sent a tech out got me in my camper and warranties the lock. I replied to a listing of a 5th wheel that was online. I spoke to a guy named Trevor and he got me in contact with a salesman named Cole. Both were super nice and helpful. My family and I toured the camper and made a decision it was the right one for us. All of the questions we had were answered with confidence. The pickup date was scheduled, and a few small details were ironed out (thanks again Trevor).
Now to the pick-up day... We came to the office; a gentleman met us at the door (Gave my little girl a sprite) and showed me to Anna's office. After Anna spoke to someone on the phone, she went out of her way to actually escort me to the service department down the road and introduced me to Kris (the service tech). Kris was there to go over the checklist of the final walk thru. He was very knowledgeable and showed me everything that I needed to know for day-to-day camping and troubleshooting. He noticed that the awning bracket was missing a screw and fixed it quick. Showed me pictures of where the roof was sealed and voiced the importance of preventative maintenance. He made me feel comfortable with the purchase and use of the camper. You could just tell that he enjoyed helping and took pride in his job. We went back to the office to sign a few papers and then Kris helped me hook it up for the trip home. It was a great experience, and I definitely recommend Johnny's RV. - Justin from Saraland, AL
We were traveling across country in a class a rv when our windshield cracked. We found Coastal Glass to order a new one and install it. We needed to wait 5 days and we were so fortunate to meet Trevor of Johnny’s RV while we waited! He and his staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Fantastic people and company!!
